ViVOconcepts is a technology firm with a strong consulting background. We specialize in sales and marketing automation technologies. Our dedication is to help our clients in demand generation, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales. Our technologies have proven to dramatically reduce costs while increasing return-on-investment for our clients.

Our History

Founded in 1996 by Michael Kettenring, ViVOconcepts started as a Management Consulting Firm. Our focus: Turn-around management in evolving markets. Consulting engagements included geographical markets such as Germany, Russia, Greece, Ukraine, Switzerland, England, and the United States. We touched industries such as Real Estate, transportation, trade, and mobile communications.

In 1999, in line with the end of the Dot-com Bubble, we increasingly engaged in Web technologies, mainly managing crisis situations of clients stranded with IT solutions.

This initiated the birth of the ViVO Portal Solution in 2000. Originally developed for an Allliance as a modular membership management system with global outreach, this became our powerful proprietary Portal framework.

Fast Forward

Since then we have constantly refined the technology framework, added new modules and functionality to support advanced enterprise business models.

In 2007 we upgraded launched ViVOxe3.2, based on a Web 2.0 infrastructure that redefined e-business practices.

In 2009 we introduced ViVOxe 5.0, a sales and marketing automation solution for organic lead scoring and nurturing, dedicated to high-performance customers.

In 2010 we launched our newest system – ViVOxm v.5 – empowering clients to utilize cloud computing architectures. ViVOxm v.5 is the first fully scalable sales and marketing automation solution that can be deployed on demand in the cloud, or implemented as a stand-alone enterprise system. Following our philosophy to empower our clients with end-to-end solutions, ViVOxm v.5 is designed as a modular IT solution to address a wide variety of business models and needs.

ViVOconcepts solutions are currently deployed in medium to large organizations worldwide.
